WORTHY CONSIDERATIONS: POSSIBLE CONS…
Size. It is small.
On a standard cab pickup, storing your gear for your trips may be hindered by available storage space and or Gross Vehicle Weight. However, a small towable cargo trailer may be the solution if you have a lot of gear.
The Exterior…
Though the one piece door is of standard width of a camper, the 55 inch height of said door could be an issue. It could be a tight fit for you and or a tight squeeze to get gear and equipment in and out of the camper.
Being a pop up camper with soft side material like that of any tent trailer, you have the same drawbacks with maintenance that tent trailers have.
Even though the majority of the walls are solid and lined with high density block foam to insulate from the cold night air, again, the fabric of the pop-up material, is the Achilles heel in the insulation factor.
The Interior…
No toilet. So bring a shovel or find a spot close to the restrooms at the campground.
The 55 inch door…exiting.
Insulation (pop-up material). You may burn through some propane on cold nights so be prepared.
And the obvious…size.
IN CLOSING
It’s a small, lightweight camper completely designed to be small and lightweight for smaller trucks. It can be a very great fit for weekend hunters, anglers or other sports, giving you cozy shelter while not breaking your bank.
Interior colors and finishes may vary, so do your diligence if color is important to you.
If you’re not sure about the size for what you need a camper for, my suggestion is to find a camper and look at it.
